4. Payment
Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in the quotation or contract. Late payments may incur interest or additional charges. All deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access to the property, and obtaining any necessary permissions, approvals, or consents required for the project.
6. Liability
Lady Joiner LTD will carry out services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, supply issues, or factors outside our control.
7. Warranties
Materials and workmanship are guaranteed according to industry standards. Any defects or issues must be reported promptly to be eligible for rectification.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, photographs, and other materials produced by Lady Joiner LTD remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project in writing. Fees for work completed up to termination, including materials purchased and labour, remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England, United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
