Refund Policy

1. Custom Work
All bespoke joinery, furniture, and fitted installations are made to order. As such, we do not offer refunds for custom products or services once production has started.

2. Deposits
Any deposits paid to secure a project or quotation are non-refundable once work has commenced. Deposits are used to cover materials, planning, and scheduling commitments.

3. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a project before work has started, we may refund payments at our discretion, minus any costs already incurred for materials or preparation.

4. Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product or installation is found to be faulty or damaged due to workmanship or materials, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost. Complaints must be reported promptly, as soon as possible following delivery or installation.

5. Exceptions
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
